Michael J. Maletteri


Renowned basketball coach, John Wooden, once said, “Success is peace of mind, which is a direct result of the self-satisfaction in knowing that you made the effort to become the best of which you are capable”. This is a philosophy that Mike lives by, not only in his professional life, but in his personal life as well. Since joining the financial services industry in 1995, Mike has enjoyed coaching both clients and financial professionals along their distinctive paths to success.

A native of Philadelphia, Mike built a successful financial services practice advising clients throughout communities in the greater Philadelphia area. A self-described “student of the business”, Mike rapidly earned professional designations to deepen his knowledge and enhance the value brought to clients. These designations include the CFP, ChFC, CLU and CFBS.  Mike’s growth-oriented mindset made him a natural choice for leadership and development roles in firms throughout eastern and central Pennsylvania. His efforts have been recognized with numerous accolades and awards including Million Dollar Roundtable in 2006 & 2009 and Sales Manager of the Year at Northwestern Mutual from 2008-2010.


Given his track record of success, in September 2014, Mike was appointed as Agency President of MassMutual Oregon, a firm with well-established roots of over 100 years. Under his leadership, MassMutual Oregon has experienced sustained growth and greater visibility throughout Oregon and SW Washington.

Mike attributes the firm’s success to the company culture and the people. In his signature servant-leader style, Mike creates and fosters an environment that provides professionals with one-on-one coaching, structured training opportunities, and personalized development plans to help ensure their success. His investments in the training and development of his team have paid off. The firm has been on the Oregon Business “100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon” list 8 times during Mike’s 9-year tenure.

Mike feels fortunate that he and his family can call the Pacific Northwest their home. He is an avid reader of books on the topic of leadership and personal development and he is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan. Mike is grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the community and is especially proud of the firms support of multiple charitable organizations within the community.

Lucas Flores


Lucas Flores has been in the financial planning industry since 2017. Lucas works with Individuals, families, and businesses to build a financial plan with his primary focus in retirement planning, wealth management and wealth preservation strategies. Working with an independent financial planning firm, Lucas provides solutions for each client’s unique situation and continues to provide a high level of service as their lives change. Lucas is an Investment Advisor Representative and holds his FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 registrations.


Lucas was raised in Dayton, Oregon and graduated from Oregon State University with an Economics degree. In Lucas’ free time he enjoys playing golf, wine tasting, traveling, as well as cooking for his friends and family.

I was born and raised in Kealakekua on the Big Island of Hawaii and attended the University of Portland, graduating with degrees in Finance & Accounting. Traveling, spending time with friends and family at the beach, and finding unique places to eat are a few things I enjoy.

Beau Gunderson was born and raised in the local area – attended Clackamas High School and then graduated from the University of Oregon in 2020. He’s passionate about helping families and individuals in the area achieve their financial goals.
